Close proximity to attractions and transportation. Also walkable to most shopping. House keeping were courteous. Property was outdated and need improvement

room booked was unsatisfactory but management were very obliging and upgraded us to an ideal unit. Surprised to find cooking facilities. I would recommend that they upgrade the foyer outside the lifts and clean inside the lifts particularly the carpets

The place was clean, and the bathroom was new. The kitchen area was dated with broken cabinet hinges. The sleep quality was good and so was the service when required,

We picked this place because you can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to every thing major. The full kitchen was a very nice addition and the staff here are friendly and accommodating. Our city view was really nice to wake up to every morning.

The place is a bit run-down though the location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Westfield and Town Hall Station. The staff have been courteous and accommodating. However, the biggest let down are the beds. If you want to know what sleeping on concrete feels like feel free to give this place a try. We fed back to the staff but their reply was that all the bed mattresses were the same. You could tell they installed cheap mattresses on their beds. We found it hard to sleep and woke up with sore back almost daily. Despite our tolerance levels; we had to give this hotel a low score because it failed in its primary purpose: to give its guests a good nights sleep.
