Perfect location for walk, ability of attractions and transportation, such as the train and bus system. Very quiet all times of the day and night, and a cute little café attached to the lobby. The staff was very knowledgeable, speaking several languages and able to provide assistance when looking for things like a pharmacy or grocery.

As the Solo traveler that I am, the location was perfect. I was within walking distance of Darling Harbour, lots of eateries, even familiar ones such as Subway and KFC, attractions like the wax museum, sea life center and aquarium, and the train and bus transportation system. For those of you who are from the United States, you won’t believe what they have… A fabulous Woolworth store three blocks away. The hotel is still in the process of some renovations however it is very comfortable and very quiet. The front desk staff, including Miss Anne a housekeeper were knowledgeable, informative, professional, patient and very pleasant.

It’s a good location and good value for the money, the people there were very attentive and helpful, but none of the facilities are top-notch, or even top-notch minus one. You can get something better close by, but of course you’ll be paying twice as much!

Our room was a bit cramped and the hotel does need a bit of an update, but the staff were very nice and accommadating and the bathroom was amazing! The cafe attached to the hotel was wonderful and had the best chai latte I’ve ever had. We went there everyday. The hotel is in a wonderful location and I would definitely stay there again.
