Great hotel for what we needed

Was a quick overnight stay for an event nearby, But it had everything we needed And was a really comfy room. We even got an upgrade to a slightly bigger bed set up, which was really nice. The ample free parking was also a big plus!

Not quite the Rydges you expect.

Location - Excellent. Right next to Mcdonalds, and about 5mins drive to restaurants and cafes. Condition Very dated. - Could have invested in an ikea storage space to house the bar fridge. - Cleanliness and maintenance is an issue. You will notice this at the lift lobby, dirty walls and damaged corners. In the room's ensuite, dirty grout, cracked tiles.

The only good things about this hotel is the customer service, and Netflix included, and the climate control made the room comfortable. The room is clean but everything else is lower than expected such as the bathroom is broken tiles everywhere. The un pleasant smell from the carpet carry through from the hall way to the room. The noise from the tap so loud, the room not well insulated you can hear noise when people talking in the hallway or room next door, and the busy road noise.

My house was getting renovated and i couldnt be in there for 2 days. Had stay here for 2 days and it was the most relaxing place. Quiet and relaxing. No problems at all. Stayed in the king room with the spa. I wished i had used the spa but i was that relaxed i just slept most of the time. Thank you Rydges 10 out of 10.
