We had the best view of the opera house and the harbour bridge from our balcony. Just amazing. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were friendly. The only down side was that the furnishings were a bit dated and the bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned.

Room looked nothing like the pictures. Went down a long, dark hallway to our room. Room was shrouded in darkness with 2 small windows covered by shades. When we opened the shades, we discovered it was because we were looking only feet apart from other windows. The carpet was heavily soiled (I have pics) - it was beyond cleaning and needed to be replaced The bathtub was dirty and old. Grout was smeared across the tiles in half attempts to repair Furniture was sparse and old. One chair in corner - no desk. Guest at front desk when checking in was dealing with an ant infestation. No shower gel in tub - when I asked for it to be replaced, a sealed bottle was added which we couldn't open. And only bath towels were replaced (no additional washcloths, handtowels - they were all removed during cleaning) I feel I got the worst of the rooms in this hotel because I booked with Expedia instead of the hotel directly. Based on the reviews, there have to be better rooms than this,

Pros…Great location, friendly staff, close to Passenger Cruise Terminal. We would definitely stay there again, highly recommend it. Cons…No walk-in Shower or ramp for anyone with Mobility Issues/Aids. Shower over the bath is hazardous to the elderly or anyone with a disability.

Positives: Great location, Friendly staff and clean. Negatives: Property in need of a good updating. Carpeting needs replacement. Furniture is very used. Unfortunately we left an open candy bar on the night table and got a bunch of those tiny ants having a fast feast of it.

Its very near to cruise terminal. Only problem is the carpet and the toilet are old and needed refurbishment.

I’m sorry but, I cannot give this property any good rating . Issac at front desk was very nice but, that’s where it ended. We did get our money back but, it had already wrecked our special occasion. The place was not cleaned properly. We payed for a 1br apartment facing harbour and were created with dirt and dust. I was bitten from the time we went back to room after dinner( we had checked in and gone straight out) sitting on couch, then on chair and finally standing up at bench. When I called girl at reception she came up and promptly told me that it was allergies. This was most definitely not it. There were other negatives but, the icing on cake was when I pulled back bed spread for bed to find a bed bug.i went down and girl came up and found two more. We were moved to an average room at midnight, resulting in not being able to open cases for fear of bed bugs entering them. This trip was for a special occasion as we were celebrating Wedding Anniversary and departing on cruise the next day. Neither of us got sleep or could change clothes to embark ship. I spent night in tears and nearly left in middle of the night to sit down at port. We had booked to stay here at end of cruise but, there is no way we would , even if free. The morning of the cruise was meant to be a happy occasion but, it was ruined for us. Sadly the owners did not make it dirty but, they do not keep on top of their staff who seem to like money for little work with the state of our room.

I understand our team assisted as best as possible to ensure your concerns were acknowledged and rectified on the evening.I would just like to advise that the next day we had our pest control team come to the hotel to investigate the claims of bed bugs. Whilst I acknowledge the shortcomings regarding cleanliness I can advise a thoughrough check of the room was conducted by our pest control team and they did not find evidence of bed bugs in the room.
