Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Excellent location - just a few minutes walk to circular quay. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is that the room doors slam very loudly throughout the morning.

This hotel is at Sydney CBD, and only 100-300m walking distance to Metro/Train/Light Rail Stations and pedestrian shopping street. The hotel building has been there over 170 years. The staff are very nice and helpful. We had a great time staying there.

I can’t fault the Paradox in any way shape or form! Our stay there was superb. From the smooth check-in, to our beautiful room, the room service at midnight and fabulous breakfast in the morning I would recommend this gem of a hotel in the heart of Sydney!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the idea of choosing our pillows. Toiletries were very nice. High tea was lovely, and our interaction with the chef was unexpected, and appreciated. Room was quiet, as we had requested in advance, as theres a construction site right outside for the new metro station. We thought the staff were very professional and attentive. Room service food was of a good standard. We would definitely stay again.

Incredibly quiet room with nice bed and pillows. They even had a pillow menu. Room has fridge and coffee machine and hot water pot. Great shower and bathtub. I was welcomed to a personal note in the room upon my arrival and guests also received notes notifying us of a time change. Pool and spa area was also nice. Lovely hotel experience. Easy to walk to opera house and to the tram.

Excellent hotel with beautiful architecture. Great location, close to trains, buses, light rail and ferries. Within walking distance of many attractions and a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
