The Quest at Chatswood is awesome. I came down for work and chose to stay here because I had heard good things about the hotel. Super quiet (I was on the 9th floor) and really convenient for shops and also my work function. Great staff and incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang.
