The noise from car park and noise from the businesses opposite the mantra. Cleanliness of apartment left a lot to be desired this apartment desperately needs a thorough spring cleaning from top to bottom I'm at a loss to see how earth they achieve a 4 star rating

The main entrance to the Mantra is like a garage, no security measures for the lift anyone can use. The room smelt like sewerage and the bathroom was unclean with Mould on the ceiling and around the shower frame. Would not recommend this property

I've stayed at the Mantea several times. It's geographically convenient to where I often need to go in the Hills district. The location - in a commercial area - means it's quiet at night, but also you need to drive to restaurants. Access was a bit tricky the first time - it's vehind a commercial development, but not a problem. I'll continue to return when I need accommodation in the Hills district. The manager is very friendly and welcoming.

Allocated Level:403A The room had a blown light in lounge room, soiled bed linen (disgusting), Balcony tiles were mouldy covered in leaves and growing weeds and cobwebs. Garbage in bins from previous occupants, sliding door tracks were mouldy including step with dirt and cobwebs. Limited amount of cutlery, crockery, NO tea towel and Toilet had NO paper. Kitchen-NO dish liquid. Changed Rooms to Level:504A - Bedroom window there were holes in the fly screen, No remote for fan and curtains not sliding properly. Lounge room Curtains not sliding properly in track. Kitchen - stale food smell around the stove and exhaust. Light in fridge blown and minimal crockery and cutlery eg: one drinking glass only. Cockroaches and no dish liquid. Common areas - Entry to Car Park -Gate broken all traffic via EXIT - safety issue and inside Lift - Door filthy and a broken grab rail-Safety issue. Well overpriced by at least 50% due to run down state overall

Absolutely atrocious conditions filthy. I asked for a refund and was upgraded to a bigger room 408a and the couch was covered in stains. Worst experience i have had at a hotel in my life. This place is more like a housing commission apartment complex so very disappointed

After reading other reviews I was considering cancelling, thankfully I did not. We travelled to Sydney for medical reasons and Mantra was the place to stay for us, we had a two bedroom, two bath ensuite unit and was very pleased with the quiet, comfort and conveniences the Mantra offered, beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and the toiletries supplied were of a high quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the unit had every convenience we would want at a very affordable price. I would definitely stay again.

More efficient house keeping. Controls on Air conditioning need to work. Liked self contained kitchen. Bathroom water on floor from shower,had to use towels to control . Ground landscape needs attention.
