Great property in excellent location. The street is very noisy, surprised how much sound came through the windows of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay hear again.

Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is handy but also means it can be a little noisy. No parking included but a Wilson parking directly across the road.
