I really enjoyed my stay at Punthill Parramatta. People there are nice and very welcoming. The manager, Christine and her team were very helpful. Hotel location is excellent in regards to transportation, eating areas and shopping. Beautiful walking area along the river. Would definitely come back.

Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. The punthill hotel was a surprising little gem. It wasn’t our first time staying here but won’t be the last. While the area itself is a bit of a hole, the hotel is great! The rooms are comfy and we love that there is a washer and dryer.

Just needs the air con checked

Unfortunately the air con didn’t work, was 35 degrees outside and the room was a sauna, there was no other rooms available so I did have to move hotels, the rooms I have used here plenty of times, but the heat was unbearable. Other than that the property is clean and good for stay.
