Wonderful Hotel with lovely views. Levi who checked us in was super nice and really helpful, we received a delicious cake sent up to our room which was a wonderful surprise 😄 The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. An absolutely fabulous stay in Sydney. The staff were very attentive, the king size bed was like sleeping on a giant cloud, the laundry service was impeccable and the room service was delicious. I don’t think there’s a better location to stay for a conference, right in the heart of it all!! Not to mention, the view from the room was amazing. Walking distance to Bangarra’s rehearsal Studios and walking distance to the Sydney Opera House for the Sydney Dance company show, Engine, it was honestly a fabulous few days . There was nothing I could fault about my stay at Pier one.

We requested a room change with direct access to the pier and great views - management and staff were most helpful and the room was excellent. Our dinner at the restaurant was very good, as was drinks and casual dining at the Pier Bar - the Happy Hour Cocktails, and particularly the Happy Hour Oysters (5-6pm weekdays) at Pier Bar (enjoyed on multiple nights) were delicious and great value.
