The room was very clean, as were the items inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like was the charge for requesting the crib for the baby. I think it's a basic and essential item to request when you inform them you'll be traveling with a baby, and it shouldn't be charged for. But oh well.

Excellent location, bus stop is right in front of Park Regis. Food, groceries, restos, pharmacy, pretty much everything is within walking distance. However, the safe in the room was not working. We reported it right away. Stereo/radio was also not working. We stayed for 12 days, Dec. 21, 2025-Jan. 2, 2026. We had a 1 BR w/ harbor view. Room was serviced only once. We requested towels, TP, laundry soap & garbage pick-up after a week. Overall, the location is what made it perfect for us.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Kitchen was well equipped although counter was not cleaned properly as I always wipe and disinfect everything and there was food stuck which I had to remove. Bathroom shower and washing machine need to be deep cleaned to remove mildew. Rest of the room was clean. Location was convenient to public transportation and quiet and comfortable although the room safe wasn’t working and I had to request another luggage rack because it was broken.
