I could not fault the Parkroyal. The breakfast was excellent. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Several staff members went out of their way to assist. The rooms were well maintained, clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in an executive suite and it was unremarkable. I expected more. The location is not ideal but if you can walk a few miles, you will be able to get to most tourist attractions and some dining areas.

Pros: 1. Bed and pillows are so comfy. 2. Room is spacious and smells good. 3. 8-10 minute walk to Town Hall Station. Cons: 1. Breakfast is good but the same everyday. If you'll stay for more than 3 days, do not avail breakfast when you book. 2. Don't look under the bed. Carpet is dirty. 3. Dental kit is only available upon request.
