It was clean and the customer service people were nice and attentive. Front desk staff was ok. There was no one there at check in then we realised that she was just in the office having lunch while we waited. But location was good. Quite dated though the apartment. First room smelled very foul. And we got a second room.

Absolutely fantastic location. Right on Darling Harbor. The views are great. The apartment was spacious, but dated and furnishings/carpet were a good bit worn. The bed was very comfy. No issues there. If you are a light sleeper, the activity and loud vehicles, especially on weekends will keep you up all night. That's the price you pay for being in the middle of all of the action.

Overall the experience was good. The first night was uncomfortable as the box spring was missing a support leg, causing the bed to sag. They moved us to a different room and that room was much better. The staff were great in accommodating our change. The location is excellent for visiting Darling Harbour. Close to public transport for getting around. Having a kitchen was great to enjoy some meals at the unit.

Place is at a very convenient location for Sealife Sydney etc. Room was clean and amenities were good too. However we were on L1 and the noise from the bar across road and traffic was too loud to let us sleep for most part of the night.

Fantastic location, well maintained and safe property with excellent staff. It’s noisy being right in the city but ear plugs took care of that issue. Excellent value for money getting a whole apartment for the price of a motel room. Would happily stay there again!!

An enjoyable couple of days.

Good place to stay in the city close to everything. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Not far to get to SCG. The room was spacious and well equipped . We were able to leave our bags and freshen up before a lunch event. An enjoyable stay.

Great view of Darling Harbour and close to all the restuarants along the waterfront. Pub just across the road if you want a quick drink. Ferry service close by. Can be a bit noisy at night with the traffic and music from the pub. Otherwise great location.

Our view of Sydney harbor was spectacular. The location was good, the kitchen sufficiently stocked (even ice trays); washing facilities included….bathroom is upstairs with bedroom,,,,,staff pleasant and helpful. Basic but nice, curtains blocked out most of the light, some road noise but not too much,,,,energetic urban vibe
