Aircon leaked all over me on my first night at around 3am! I complained to the reception and the attitude was pretty poor! My swipe cards were changed at least 3 times and every time I had to use the lifts I had to go back to reception to validate the cards!

The rooms on level 2 are entered via the stinking garage; the rooms face the “eastern distributor” which is a 24/7 express motorway, it’s noisy and not double glazed. Earplugs are a must!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for the Pink Concert. Despite booking a room on the 4th floor for specific purposes, this request was missed. The team however were absolutely wonderful and made sure a room was made available for us on the 4th floor. As it was the pink concert there wasnt enough staff on for how many people were checking in which meant lengthy delays. We asked for extra towels and to have the beds split at 3pm but this didnt happen until around 8pm. The lift was impossible to deal with, with the large nu,ber of people booked in. Luckily we found the spare lifts in another building but these required you to go through some different doors and was not easy when dealing with luggage. Our living room sliding door lock was broken and the door was really hard to open so this needs to be fixed. The other issue with this property is the parking. I had no idea what spots we could actually park in!! So we just parked anywhere. The staff were the best thing about this hotel and nothing was too much for them!
