Check in was very good and staff extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms exceeded expectations. The views were amazing. We didn't use the laundry, but having a washing machine and dryer in the room was great. The room was more like a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and spa was lovely and relaxing. The bathroom amenities were excellent. And the staff were always on hand and very willing to help.

Our stay was excellent. The location is a little far from the downtown area / Opera House area (it's across the harbor), but the area was quiet. There is a grocery store a 3-minute walk in one direction, and the train station is a 3-minute walk in the other direction. We were able to travel to the downtown area, and other parts of Sydney, easily by using the train. It took about 10 minutes from leaving our hotel room until we got downtown. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable. A full kitchenette and washer and dryer in the room allowed us to cook and do laundry. The staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel, even if you're planning to spend a lot of time in the downtown area.
