Our junior suite was a good size, well-equipped and with a balcony and excellent view. Came with washing machine, tumble drier and detergent which was extremely useful as we were travelling around Australia. Central location and walkable to circular quay plus close to light rail and Museum train station. Front desk staff were professional and polite at all times. Only negative was that we were advised that parking was only $27 for 24hrs, but not that the clock starts at 04:00am. So parking our rental car at 22:30 for return early the next morning counts as 2 days. We would definitely return or consider a sister hotel.

The suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was good having housekeeping on day 3 and the laundry facilities were really good. The only downside was a slight lack of certain kitchen equipment e.g no bread knife or small saucepan. We had an amazing stay!

Nice room overall, but we noticed some housekeeping details that could be improved, including dust on the headboard, dust around the mirror closet door frame, and a black hair on the bathroom tile wall. The staff could also be more welcoming — a smile when guests arrive would create a much warmer first impression, as they often seemed to keep their heads down when customers came in. On the positive side, the swimming pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable.✨🏨

Loved this hotel! It was close to many things as well as public transportation. We loved the kitchenette and laundry facilities that were available in the room. I would definitely stay here again when in Sydney!
