If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Wonderful friendly staff, lovely pastries in a morning and tea/coffee. Loved the roof and nothing was too much trouble! If we come back to Sydney we’ll be staying again!!!

The hotel was quaint. The staff were all very personable and helpful. The location is in a neighborhood with many pubs and restaurants around. It is a very short walk to public transportation to get to the city within 15 minutes.

Cosy, convenient and congenial.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Intriguing building and surrounds showing respect to local history. Rooftop garden provides a sense of extra space and privacy. Gin time a reception is an extra touch of congeniality.

Had the best time at the Crystalbrook Albion! The hotel itself is lovely and unique, and located in a great part of town. The team's communication was excellent (they texted ahead of time to make sure we didn't have any questions) and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond.
