Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
My stay did not meet my expectations. The property was described as cozy, but I found it very cold and uncomfortable during my visit. There was also an additional security deposit required before check-in, which was not something I had expected. During the stay, the power went out twice after the circuit breaker tripped, which caused inconvenience. I also noticed that some basic kitchen supplies, such as paper towels, were not provided. When I contacted the host about these issues, I did not feel that my concerns were addressed in a helpful or timely manner. Overall, the property did not provide the level of comfort or convenience I expected based on the listing. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests and not face these issues.
