Extremely comfortable and clean room. Surprisingly quiet given that the rooms are above a hotel and in close proximity to a main road and a railway line. On site parking is also a positive. Easy to get to the city centre via train. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back again.Very convenient location near Kingsgrove Station. Rooms small but have everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean although Shower recess needed a scrub around the edges and door tracks. Very quiet and Hotel has Bistro downstairs for meals. Mini Mart and Woolworths close by.

We stayed 3 nights due to attending a training course at the nearby RSL. Our room was very comfy # enormous bed, squashy mattress (in a good way). Room had iron n ironing board, and folding luggage rack in the wardrobe. Room also featured a small desk, plusa hairdryer in the bathroom vanity if required. Shower was excellent! Bistro downstairs had great specials, all staff very friendly. Check in at the bar took mere minutes, all very well organised. Room was serviced daily. Our room faced the rear of the property, we never heard the trains.

This accommodation t ruly is quiet. You don't hear the pub noise or the nearby arterial road noise or railway station noise. Plenty of milk and coffee supplied but no artificial sweetners or decaf. The staff were lovely and even apologised to me re a man who was chatting me up and not taking no for an snswer. Security had a quiet word with him. So as a single female traveller I felt very safe there. I felt I got good value for money spent.

Very good hotel accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Having a lift to the first floor was great. My room faces the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but that didn’t bother me too much. If vehicle noise bothers you it could be a problem. Plenty of food options nearby and there’s a Woolies across the road. The train station is very close if you need public transport.
