The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. There were also plenty of breakfast options to choose from. My only suggestion would be to make the housekeeping process a little more convenient. Guests shouldn’t have to go to the front desk each day to request housekeeping. It would be helpful to have a sign or door hanger system that allows guests to indicate whether they would like their room cleaned or prefer not to be disturbed. Other than that, thank you for being such wonderful hosts—especially to all the marathoners! I really appreciated the hospitality during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the IBIS Hotel Darling Harbour. This was our second stay at IBIS Hotel Darling Harbour. The hotel is a short walk away from the Pitt Street shopping mall, public Transport and restaurants. The Breakfast at the restaurant was really yummy and there were lots of Gluten Free Options.
