Accommodation part of the hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Tap in our ensuite needed fixing, shower cubicle needs a good clean. Some of the walls need patching up as the hotel is rather dated. Otherwise our stay was okay.

Nice place to stay but can get noisy.

Nice place to stay and very conveniently located near to Darling Harbour. But room is a bit dated, especially the bathroom and place can get noisy even late into the night.
