Es ist ein schönes Hotel, das mit ein wenig Pflege noch besser wird. Ich hatte leider ein Zimner in der Nähe des Eingangs. Mmorgens und Abends kmallten die Türen. Lag sicher auch an der starken Feder der Tür aber auch an die sehr sensiblen Gäste. Größtes Manko war die Parkplatzsituation. Das Hotel wirbt mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Hatte ich in der Suche auch so eingestellt. Vor Ort ist kei. Parkplatz mietbar, weil für 140 Zimmer nur 40 vorhanden sind, was in der Hauptsaison zu Probkemen führt. So sucht man in Strandnähe nach einem Parkplatz und der Urlaub fängt wu nderbar und unvergesslich an.

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbebreit. Wir hatten keinen Parkplatz reserviert und trotzdem hat das Personal einen Stellplatz für uns organisiert. Das Hotel ist nur 5 Min. von der Strandpromenade entfernt, dennoch ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig. Es gibt es Spielezimmer (mit Programm für Kids), Schwimmbad mit drei Saunen, Fitnessraum, Sportraum mit großer Spiegelwand, Parkplätze und jede Menge Angebote im Spa. Sogar für den Strandbesuch bietet das Hotel entsprechendes Equipment und ein geeignetes Willkommensgeschenk. Die gesamte Hotelanlage (Zimmer, Umgebung, Parkgarage etc.) ist sehr aufgeräumt und gepflegt. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es eine große Auswahl. Jeder findet hier etwas für den Gaumen. Nur auf Pommes müssen Kids leider verzichten. Beim Frühstück kann man sich sein Omlet oder Rührei frisch nach seinen Wünschen zubereiten lassen. Wir würden das Hotel definitiv noch einmal wählen.

Det var en rigtig dejlig oplevelse at overnatte på dette hotel. Der var absolut et venligt personale, der var engelsk talende. En god service og rengøringen var helt i top. Værelset var dog ikke lydisoleret og vi kunne derfor høre alle der gik på.gangen, eller tog elevatoren

Zimmer in Ordnung, aber kann mehr Gemütlichkeit und Modernität vertragen. Sehr große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplätze vor dem Haus verfügbar, allerdings muss in der Woche durchgehend ein Parkticket gezogen werden. Hotel verfügt über eine Bar mit zwei Billardtischen. Generell aber ein sehr hoher Anteil an älteren Gästen.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu der Strandpromenade. Für uns war das Frühstück reichhaltig. Es wurden Spiegeleier und Omelett frisch zubereitet. Ebenfso gab es frische Waffeln. Nur wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, dann sollte man sofort ein Parkplatz buchen. Das Angebot im Hotel ist begrenzt.

Nachdem wir zwei Jahre aussetzen mussten, kamen wir voller freudiger Erwartung zurück in dieses Hotel. Das Personal nach wie vor nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Servicekräften angefangen, die Raumpflegerin so wie das Empfangspersonal. Wir haben diesmal nur mit Frühstück gebucht und ich glaube das war auch gut so. Wir hätten uns sonst nur geärgert. Und warum? Die Küchenleistung beim Frühstück hat um 50 % verloren. Angefangen bei den Kaffeevollautomaten weiter zum Frühstücksbuffet wo wirklich nur noch eine kleine Auswahl zu finden war. Dann auch noch lieblos dahingestellt nicht wie vorher mit hübscher Dekoration. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es gewesen wäre, wenn wir Vollpension gebucht hätten. Naja, satt geworden sind wir und lecker war es auch. Wir waren halt verwöhnt von den Jahren davor. Achso: der Urlaub war super schön.

Der Spa-Bereich ist toll und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Massage und auch weitere Anwendungen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider nicht ganz so freundlich, dabei ist es es das Aushängeschild. Teilweise war man zu älteren Menschen sehr schroff, was man immer wieder mitbekommen hatte. Das Frühstücks-Büfett ist auf „ältere“ Gäste ausgelegt, man findet dennoch etwas zu essen und es schmeckt. Man bekam auf Wunsch jeden Tag frische Handtücher, aber das so richtig sauber gemacht wurde, das war leider nicht so richtig der Fall, teilweise hatte man schon schnell Staub überall gesehen wie z.B. auf dem Nachtisch. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen.
