Told reception 3 times the card to the garage wasn’t working and finally up. Room was cool (nice) and clean. Not towels for everyone, only 2 for a family booking of 4. Breakfast was excellent.

Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough. Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed. Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place. Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables.

Broken air conditioning

The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel.

I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room.

Die zwei Zimmer waren nur bedingt sauber, alte Socke unter dem Ottoman in einem Zimmer und beide Zimmer sehr staubig. Bäder eigentlich gut, aber die Toiletten waren viel zu niedrig angebracht, etwas für kleine Leute, aber ungeeignet für Senioren. Personal sprach kaum deutsch und auch nur gebrochenes Englisch. Für ein Hilton schon sehr merkwürdig. Frühstück war sehr gut und auch genügend Auswahl. Lage an einer Hauptstraße, aber Restaurants und Shopping waren weiter entfernt. Insgesamt, wir werden nicht noch einmal dort buchen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, jedoch ist das parken vor Ort recht teuer. Wir haben draußen vorm Hotelpro Tag 50 ZL bezahlt, die Tiefgarage des Hotels hätte pro Tag 80 gekostet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel wieder nutzen.

Die Zimmer sind schalldicht konstruiert. Die Sanitäreinrichtung entspricht überdurchschnittlichem Standard. Leider verfügt das Hotel über kein Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück war reichlich und von hervorragender Qualität.
