“We were very happy with our room. The bed was so comfortable , the layout was great. I loved that they had 2 chairs and a table in between to watch tv as well as have a tea and coffee with a little biscuit .Free bottled water . They also included little extras like manicure set, toothpicks, toiletries . Bedside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. We loved our stay , as good as any big hotel. “Amazing”

“Homely, comfortable if a tad dated. My room had been newly renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the rain shower had weak pressure. There was a bit of noise from children running around the corridors and playing at the rear of the hotel but it was otherwise peaceful and comfortable. The staff, without exception, were super friendly and helpful. ”

“First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed.
