A very convenient hotel, room was large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The check-out time of 12.00 was a surprise and very welcome as we were en route to an afternoon wedding and the venue was only 10 miles away.

Room was clean, slightly dated for the price you pay, you’d expect more for the Hilton chain. The staff I dealt with had been friendly. Onsite parking was good with a nice price of £3 a night, just remember that if you drive all the way around the back looking for a better space, you will need to then drive out of the hotel, down the dual carriageway and back again to re-enter the car park. At the time of my stay the access to loop back around the hotel car park was blocked off.

the hote staff are amazing willing to help, The room Aircon didnt work and the rooms we like an oven the bathrooms could do with updating and modenising along with Bed withing the rooms it was the most uncomfortable hard mattress and every turn you did it creaked breakfast we good and again the staff were polite and really helpful

We stayed one night on our way to Cornwall, it was really nice place to break the journey. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome with his own bag of treats while we enjoyed the classic Doubletree cookie! We arrived in time to eat at the bistro in the evening and the food was good. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower was decent. Breakfast quality was really good and they were still bringing out fresh cooked food close to 11am. The only negative was the coffee from the machine - so bitter it was undrinkable. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, and they gave us a lovely warm cookie on check-in. The only downside, was the sign in sheet was printed in incredibly small font, and the printer clearly needed a service and some ink.

The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again.
