The hotel is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The pools are all nice, and the room was magnificent. However, when we arrived for check in our room was not ready and they took two extra hours and kept us waiting. Then, they still rushed us out the next day and didn’t give us much extra time despite the fact that they got us the room late because they overbooked. The hotel itself is lovely but very disappointed in the disorganization and being rushed out.

No benefits as Gold or Vip Access. Staff very helpful. Parking is managed by valet. Dead sea access is a small portion area and some dificult to arrive. 9 pools , only usable are 5 , others are private. Butler service was good. Breakfast buffet very nice i recommend it. In our case was a family duplex, all was working good. Babilonia style the complex. Rehan restaurant was 4 from 10. They have many options. 1 to 10 y give 6.

I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea and really enjoyed the beautiful setting and direct access to the Dead Sea. The mud bath was a definite highlight. However, breakfast was disappointing — the staff felt inattentive and rarely acknowledged me, which affected an otherwise great stay. Overall, a lovely hotel with room to improve on service at breakfast.
