The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge & microwave. The bed was comfortable and sheets & comforter were very white. The only issue to me was that the images online showed a pool but there wasn't one. I think that really had to do with how confusing the internet is sometimes. The front desk people were pleasant & easy check-in. I'm not sure why it gets low ratings. It is a good value for the price. We would stay there again. Soda machine was $1.00 (Yahoo).

We only interacted with the staff at check in. The gentleman was kind and helpful. There is pretty decent coffee in the morning but no real breakfast - this isn’t that kind of hotel. The room was immaculate and looked newly remodeled. Everything worked. I appreciated the tub with an anti-slip guard adhered to the floor. Have not seen that in other hotels. Will stay there again as we travel through this area. We were only there for one night - checked in around midnight and had to be on the road by 9am.

This property was booked by accident and when we arrived and noticed it was previously a Quality Inn my heart sank. Checking in and out was as easy as any that I have done in the past. As we walk into our room I was totally surprised. The room had been completely renovated. It was quiet, clean and everything worked properly. I would stay here again.

The biggest issue I experienced was the rudeness at check‑in. The man at the front desk (possibly the owner) couldn’t locate my reservation and asked for my license, phone number, and confirmation number. Even after I provided everything, he remained disrespectful and acted as if I hadn’t booked a room at all. They really should have someone competent and courteous handling guest check‑ins, because this created a terrible first impression. The property itself was fine. It’s older and could use some updates—starting with the microwave—but the room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the man’s attitude at check‑in was enough for me to decide I won’t stay here again, though it worked for a short visit.

Perfect stop to rest

This was the perfect stop on our trip from Michigan to Florida. It was close to I75, clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a very good BBQ place down the road as well. We will be staying again.
