Clean room, helpful staff but key kept failing, every time i would leave the room and tried to open the door when i returned the key stopped working and i would have to go into the office to get a new key. Mind you i was with little ones. Aside from the key everything else was smooth.

They stole my money! I booked at 1:00 am and they were sold out. How aboyt driving 9 hoyrs and you are exhausted and the room you booked never existed. They are from India. The problem was that the hotell smelt so bad. The "TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER REFUNDED ME!!!!).

Arrived late and the room temperature was 84°. Turned the thermostat down to 72, fell asleep. Woke up 2 hours later and the room was still hot. AC not working. No point changing rooms in the middle of the night. The next morning, complained to staff.. The staff was a computer screen. They would do nothing. Requested my issue be escalated and was promised a call back. By end of day, no call back. No credit or refund issue. Do not stay at this hotel.

This was the only motel with a room available at the last moment anywhere near Snyder. Luckily I was driving my White 4x4 pickemup (Retired Engineer) and we fit right in with all the construction/oilfield workers. Who made us feel right at home. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Guys even moved the pickup parked in front of our room without us asking, so we could have better access. Room was clean, bed comfortable, AC was quiet and we could not hear the compressor kick on and off. The entire complex went dead quiet right at 10pm. Our only gripe was the TV remote had no batteries. But we don't watch much Motel TV anyway, as we both have tablets and smartphones. The entire complex emptied out at dawn. We slept until 8:30am. My thanks to management...

Booked it for the pool. Got there, pool is completely empty, but pictures show a nice kept pool. Tv remote didn't work, stuck on the Spanish channel. Called and waited for someone to come, unfortunately they came the minute after we left to go to a store. AC barely got cool. At the end of the stay my son lost something so we took blankets and pillows off only to find an old room key in the sheets. Just EWWW!!!

The air conditioning was very lacking. It was off when I arrived at 3pm in July for the 4th with friends and family. Turned it on and set it on 74 degrees F and left. When I got back late that evening it was not 74 degrees more like 84 degrees. I was tried, took a shower. stayed wet and slept on top of the covers. I the morning it still the same temp and when leaving the safety latch was off set and wouldn't unlatch and I wiggled the door around to try and line up the latch and very small, short screws started to fall out. This safety latch wouldn't hold back a 6-year-old child. Had to call front desk to get property maintainer to get me out of the room. Not impressed with this stay.

The first room they gave us the TV didn’t work then they moved us further down to where all the contractors were partying loudly. Our new room the toilet didn’t work, luckily my husband was able to fix it to get it to flush, but didn’t work after that either. Very shabby place sad!
