“Motel was in a very good spot but it took us a while to find. Apparently 2 same numbers on Nepean Highway”

“Clean, convenient”

“Easy to park, and access to shopping centre and restaurants! Prime location”

“Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight. We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place.”

“Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good.”

“Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again.”

“Fantastic room! Booked an executive spa room and it was huge and very comfortable. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Secure parking was included and complementary bottled water. Our only regret was that we were only able to stay for one night.”

“Simple, but spacious, very comfy and easy for a family with a toddler (who loved the pool).”

“I liked the atmosphere and the gameing room to win lots But apart from the room we stayed in some other or whoever were makeing too much noise and fighting outside can hear it outside the room we stayed in other then was okay”

“Es como un motel de carretera con añadido a un local de juego y bar. Pero no nos dieron de cenar, por llegar a las 20:30. Tampoco había nadie en la recepcion hasta las 09:00”

“Close to the main road of Frankston/Dandenong and nice and quite . Reasonable rates and help around if needed.”

“Beautifully presented Hampton style property. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite spacious for a motel. Nice meal from restaurant but it was disappointing that there weren’t enough kitchen staff to open for breakfast. Overall above average motel.”

“Pet friendly, reasonable prices, lovely staff,”

“Towels were not clean and neither was the duvet which had lots of stains. Disgusting. A microwave was provided but no bowls or cutlery apart from 2 assietts and 2 teaspoons.... Disappointing. Would not book in here again.”

“Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality”

“Cama grande y comoda. Cocina basica. Buena ubicacion y buen wifi”

“Unit was clean and also per friendly”
