Staff was friendly and efficient. Very clean, but those sensitive to smells might be bothered by the strong scent of the cleaning supplies used. Good value stay

I thought this establishment was so very well thought out. Nothing fancy. That said, everything I needed was there. I arrived very late. The proprietor was incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Fine for the price. Located conveniently near a Whole Foods and other amenities. Staff were very friendly. Good enough spot to lay your head while on the road.

Staff was great, hotel bar/restaurant was excellent. King bed room was decent sized, bathroom could've been a little bigger but not much of an issue for a short stay. Definitely a property I would stay at next time I'm in Eugene.

This is a perfect location for going to any university of Oregon events or sporting events as well. They have an incredibly friendly staff, huge, clean rooms and of course there’s a fun s’mores happy hour. We didn’t try the breakfast because we had to leave, but we noticed that several people did enjoy it and it looked fresh with plenty of choices. When we’re back for any ducks games we are definitely staying at the maverick again!
