“The host was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. Breakfast had lots of choices for different appetites. My room was lovely with a fan for the heat, plenty of tea, coffee, etc. and a powerful shower. All in all a great place to visit.”

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. “Kaylee has been very helpful to reassure me about my parking at the hotel, without extra charge, for arriving and parked earlier, than my check-in time. She has also been extremely helpful in sorting out my presentation notes, and able to print out the pages that I needed. I felt that I can relax and prepare my work course very well in advance with my stay at B&B hotel Derby on 25/9/26.”
