We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, breakfast was very good. The only criticism is that the bed was very low and uncomfortable

Breakfast was superb. We only stayed one night. The deluxe room needs to be updated. Crack in sink, floor unstable in shower, noisy and vibrating washing machine from 7am from above. The staff were superb. The restaurant and bar area looked superb and if we visited again we would definitely go for a meal.

Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3 nights and got used to so this did not cause to much bother. Will definitely return

The outside tables could do with replacing. Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing.The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room.
