Vacations Close To Swallow Theatre

Our stay was very good, excellent location, staff helpfull, room very clean, the only comment I can say is the cafe, drinks were awfully expensive.

Conveniently located to train station

The hotel and our room were both immaculate. The room and bathroom were both spacious and beautiful, with a large, deep bathtub. We appreciated the hand cream. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was perfect. The hotel is centrally located. The only thing I would change is the wording about parking (on Expedia). The hotel is advertised seemingly as a rare gem with parking included, but it’s actually a car park across the street that offers a 30% discount off their hefty fee (I’m not complaining, the discount was appreciated). We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank-you!

Everything was good other than been given the access card and room number for room that was already occupied. Me entering straight into a room must have terrified the occupant. Wasn't enjoyable for me as the entire evening i worried that someone could enter my room. I have waited several days after asking for the hotels findings but have been ignored on that. I did receive an apology. But I asked for findings. All I know it has never happened before

Great location and very quiet. Within walking distance to all amenities. Apartment was a great size and adequately furnished. Am enjoyable stay.
