What a wonderful place - the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and well-decorated. The owner and staff were very special - warm and kind, and they went out of their way to help me with my family genealogy research. The main building has a communal feel, as everyone can use the stove and fridge and eat / gather / work in the space there.

This hotel was amazing. Sara really focused on all the details. We had a late check-in that was seamless. We did not call 24 hours in advance as recommended by the hotel but Sara was very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Our room was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotlessly clean. It is off the tbeaten path, but I highly highly highly suggest anyone stay there.

Lite förvirrande att checka in då ingen personal var på plats. ”Receptionen” var inte i huvudbyggnaden vilket man kan tro, utan i en av flyglarna. Den enda skylten som fanns på parkeringen pekade åt helt fel håll. Det löste sig dock då vi hittade ett nummer att ringa. Frukosten kanske inte är något man kommer komma ihåg, men det fundamentala fanns. Rummet var väldigt trevligt. Utsikt över sjön, rent och fräscht med ett bra badrum. Sköna sängar. Vid sjön finns en ved-eldad bastu med självbetjäning. Lite dåligt med ved och tändmöjligheter, men när vi fått fart på det så var det fantastiskt att sitta och se ut över sjön.
