ロケーションはイマイチだが、ホテルの対応には大変満足

ホテルの立地は繁華街からは離れており最寄駅からも10分ほどしばらく歩く必要があります、また部屋の施設、清潔度はけっして日本のホテルには及びません。まずこれを前提に評価しています。ただアップグレードしてくれた部屋は街を見下ろせるビューで大変満足。ただビジネスホテルに泊まるつもりで来たのでリッチな気分を味わえました。 またチェックイン時に対応してくれたフロントマンが大変親切で、中国のほとんどの箇所では英語は通用せず苦労しますが、このホテルでも多分にもれず通用しませんでしたがその時対応してくれた男女のスタッフは翻訳アプリを通して意思の疎通を図ろうと頑張ってくれて、ホテル関係者の日本語の話せる友達を電話で呼び出して通訳をしてくれました。これだけでも蘇州の印象がかなり良いものとなりました。 ただ帰りのチェックアウト時には違うスタッフが対応して、それは中国っぽい塩対応です。 なのでホテルのスタッフというよりもそのときの担当者の人柄次第であるというのが正確です。ただチェックイン時に対応してくれたスタッフは皆親切でした。
