출장으로 다른분 방까지 세 객실을 예약했는데 도착해보니 호텔스닷컴을 탈퇴했다는 어이없는 답변을 했어요. 8시가 넘어 도착했는데 한 객실은 30분 후에 준비해주겠다고 해서 더 기분 나빴어요. 방에서 담배 냄새도 나고 비추입니다.
