Convenient but Terrible Bed

Lovely room with nice staff. The bed is extremely stiff, but the pillows are nice. Convenient play to stay in Suwon.

The worst ever experience

The worst ever experience thst I had in my business travel. The hitek was totally different from what I saw in the Hotels.com - not managed well, the facilities were just functioning not clean, the carpet was so dirty and stinky, and I couldn't sleep at all on my first night due to noise from other rooms. It shouldn't be recommended and should be dropped out of Hotels.com. I wonder if Hotels.com ever does regulat check on its partners.

넓직하고 편한 비즈니스 호텔

방이 매우 넓어서 무척 좋았습니다. 짐이 많거나 아이가 있는 집은 잠시 묵기에 좋습니다. 2층에 주차하면 호텔로 바로 이어져 편합니다.

다음에도 이용할 예정입니다. 가격대비 아주 훌륭합니다. 시설은 모텔같은 느낌이긴 하지만 곳곳에 일반모텔과는 차이나는 고급짐이나 세심함이 배어있고 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨습니다. 아침조식은 1층 엔젤리너스에서 먹을 수 있다기에 커피와 빵을 선택하여 먹는 것인가 했더니 생각보다 본격적인 조식이었어요. 다만 종류는 그리 많지 않고 맛도 완전 맛집!! 이렇지는 않지만 아침식사하기엔 적당합니다. 사진상 메뉴외에 나름 구색은 다 갖췄습니다. 체크인 시에 주는 엔젤리너스 아메리카노 할인쿠폰도 + 요인입니다.

괜찮아요.

전체적으로 만족합니다. 다만 바닥청소가 다소 아쉽고,,, 처음봤을땐 상태가 좋아보였는데, 샤워부스 바닥에 갈린 고무가 물때, 곰팡이가 있더군요. 조식은 괜찮았어요.
