First, bathroom smell was awful.. maybe a plumbing issue. And we booked room with kids but they insist that all kids are extra costs even though i booked this hotel with kids. I would have chosen other hotel if pricing was transparent. Just bad experience

청소후 에어컨을 켜놓고 나가거나 에어컨 조절에 문제가 생겨서 옆동으로 옮겨야 하는 상황이 생겼어요. 그래도 다행히 옆동으로 옮긴거라서 대체 가능하니 다행이었어요. 주변에 식당이 많지는 않네요.

7세 아들이랑 첨으로 둘이서 떠난 여행~~ 에버랜드 사파리가고 싶어하는 아들이랑 1박으로 떠났는데 호텔이 가격대비 모든 면이 좋아서 하루 더 있다 가자는 아들땜에 2박을 하게 됐네요 담에 또 용인 갈일이 생긴다면 꼭 얼레이 호텔로 갑니다~~^^

추천해요

간단하게 조식도 있고 주차공간도 널널해서 편안하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 공기도 좋고 룸 시설도 리뉴얼해서 그런지 깔끔해서 기분 좋게 이용했어요. 다만 어메니티가 전혀 없어서 준비해 가시거나 로비에서 따로 구입해야 합니다.

방이 크고 침대가 편안했어요!

방 자체가 크고 침대가 매우 편안했어요. 방 구조나 뷰 까지 어디 나무랄 곳이 없는 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 아침에 무료로 제공되는 스낵바까지도 너무 마음에 들었네요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 가고 싶어요. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 변기가 제대로 청소 되어있지 않아서 흠짓 놀라기는 했네요^^:; 그래도 좋았습니다. 감사했습니다.

에버랜드 가기 위해 하루 숙박했습니다. 체크인하고 방에 들어갔는데 난방이 안되서 방을 바꿨습니다. 물론 친절하게 바꿔주셧구요. 두번째방은 담배냄새가 너무 많이 나서 또 방을 바꿨습니다. 물론 친절하게 바꿔주셨습니다. 업그레이드까지 해서요. 방을 바꾸기는 했지만 잠은 잘 잤습니다. 방이 통유리라 조금 추운거 빼고는요~~ 그리고 그날이 또 많이 추운날이기도 했구요.

커피머신은 있는데 캡슐이 없었어요ㅜ 다행히 1층에 머신과 얼음컵이 있어서 수고스럽기해도 아아를 마실 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 조촐하지만(?) 아침 조식을 먹을 수 있는점이 최고 장점이 아니었나 싶어요^^ 다만 라면조리기 1대가 고장이 나서 이용하는데 시간이 좀 걸렸네요. 아이들과 에버랜드 다녀온후 하루 푹 잘 쉬었어요. 다음에도 기회가 된다면 또 이용할께요^^

가족끼리 애버랜드 가려고 숙소알아보다가 우연히 알게된곳 저렴한데 아침도 간단하게 먹을수있었고 모닝커피도 한잔할수있었던곳 숙소청결은 미흡했지만 나름 만족스런 곳 이였습니다
