We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean throughout, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The recent refurbishment has given the place a modern and fresh look, which we really liked. The staff were a real highlight — incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Overall, a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff were great and helpful. We were greeted warmly everyday and Breakfast was good. I had caught cold/ flu while there, staff Esita made me lemon ginger tea which was very soothing. The rooms were reasonable but not so clean. The floors were swept instead of vacuumed, which meant lost of dusts on furniture! Some staff are not to be trusted in the hotel. I lost my cardigan on the 2nd day of my stay and reported this but nothing was done until I reported again. I was asked over and over again if I misplaced it but I remembered exactly where I had hung it! I told them to check surveillance but was told nothing was found and apologies were sent. Very disappointing
