This is a beautiful historical hotel with a lot of history. It is in a nice location locatedon the waterfront and close to central Suva. The rooms were clean and tidy and with good amenities including free bottled water. There is a tablet to order anything you need and it is delivered very quickly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food pricing it probably a little more expensive as it is an up market hotel i.e. flat white coffee was FJD $13.

The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area.
