It was a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very well maintained. Many restaurants close by and even the complimentary breakfast has good options. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Sutton, Royal gorge bridge is 1 hour away. Also blackwater falls are also 1 hour away towards the other side. Many activities can be done at nearby lake

It is a clean and easy to access hotel. There are not much dining options around, but the hotel restaurant is decent. It is a big hotel with lots of room for parents and baseball players to get-together. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice.

We arrived after 10:00 pm. No one was at the front desk for 30 minutes because he needed to help another patron and he was the only one working. A line formed as we all waited for check in. Our key and another patrons key did not work for the assigned rooms- so us and another couple back to the desk. With help- the key finally worked but someone was already in our room! Poor other patron to be woken up after 11:00 pm. Finally - we received a vacant room with a working key at 11:30pm. Exhausted. The breakfast was fairly good and the attendant was very nice so this increased the rating of the disaster at check in . There were renovations at this hotel so there were building supplies all over. Hope the check in and hotel improves after the renovations cause great location.

We only stayed one night in the south tower as the north is under renovation. The renovation did not interfere with our enjoyment of our room or the breakfast the following morning. The view of the mountains from our balcony was spectacular and a highlight of our stay. Great breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. Beautiful patio looking out towards the mountains. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

They are currently renovating but everything was very clean. Very nice pool and gym. Nice quiet areas everywhere for working on computer. Housekeeping and restaurant staff (Hilary, with one L) were excellent. Front desk guy would not change my room to top floor to avoid noise though. He said he wouldn't/couldn't because I booked through a 3rd party. He got me on a technicality. I hope he feels good.
