“establishment needs updating disabled access poor only one ramp available out in car park otherwise difficult steps to maneuver, very disappointing for a few years ago was excellent. The meals left a lot to be desired continental breakfast was good but full english breakfast was awful, once tried and never again, plenty of establishment had a much better quality. carpets in bedrooms could do with a steam clean !! “I've stayed at the hotel multiple times and never had a problem until Wednesday 15th July. The building is obviously old so limited to what they can do, but second floors rooms in peak summer are like pizza ovens. The small ancient fan is not enough and I barely slept.”
