“Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”

“Well maintained property. The rooms over look a lake in a valley. Beautiful mountainside view decorate your windows. Has a lot of activities in the resort- air gun, bow and arrow, snooker, pink ponk, carroms etc.. a party room also is available for singing and dining. bathrooms were comfortable, clean. “Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”

“This is an excellent hotel high on a hillside outside the town of Munnar with great views. It is surrounded by tea gardens and the hotel offers a guided walk through tea gardens and villages. Food was superb. Room was very clean and had all the amenities ”

“One of the best stays for me in Munnar. The hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all matters. Kudos to their restaurant staff for preparing some delicious meals especially Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Recipes for north indian (Delhi) travellers. Being located in the middle of forest it offers seclusion and scenic views and ample opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday. One of the best decors in a forest setting. Improvement required in Games room and curio shop area. ”
