Perfection. Walkable to most city attractions and lots of dining/nightlife options but also available parking garages with quick access to car to explore outside of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and super responsive. Breakfast was fantastic and daily bread/cereal was more than enough for our on-the-go family. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nice to not have to really check in. You just get an email with the key code and you go on in to your room. Super smooth. And the location, parking, quality of room were unbeatable for the price. The little kitchenette was also very well appointed with dished, cutlery, larger trash cans, a cook top, and dishwasher. I wish there were more hotels like this around.

Great location. However, the property specifically told me it would have a washer and dryer but it didn’t. As a consolation they offered ONE free load per day with the concierge, which is not the same situation if I had a machine in my apartment. Friendly staff.

The location was good, but the noice level was too high outside and using the ear plugs didn’t help. We were there for 4 nights and on the second day we ran out of body soap, shampoo and conditioner. I told the property management of the situation. I was told to go get whatever we needed from the storage room. When we went to the storage room they didn’t have what we needed. So I wrote back stating that they don’t have it and I didn’t get any response back. So I used the little body soap I had bought from back home but it was not enough for the four of us. I was really upset that after paying so much money they couldn’t provide us for the basics.
