Stressful stay! Deceitful Inn!

Stressful stay!! Booked an executive room that accomodates 5 as advertised but when we reached the place I was inform that I needed to pay extra person! Which I refused due to their advertisement. At first the room they gave me has no ventilations and smells like dead animal, when I requested to be transferred the lady gave a face but eventually transferred us to a different room. The toilet does not have a toilet seat, shower is not functioning, no power in the middle of the night for few mins and worst no water when we woke up! Non of the advertised feature is true. When We checked out the receptionist again tried to bill me extra person! Almera, Manilyn & Maclester! I suggest you take a course in customer service!

In Internet is a nice to watch all pictures but those were old picture which is not deleted at link seit but actually all are old and broken and it’s written with free Wi-Fi but nothing .two times brownout but with this price. The hotel which I book were broken not yet function and I’m sent to the branch which ich surigao travellers inn . The tricycle driver can’t find this hotel five time asking where . And they ask me and I don’t knew I’m not living here

2nd time here, first time not so good, confusion and couldnt find booking. gave it a second chance and turned out fine..large room and wifi worked ok...
