The Marina Inn was amazing. It's like you're staying in an apartment/condo, but with all the great amenities of a hotel. Staff was helpful, friendly and nice. The food was great. I loved the balcony and location.

The hotel location is perfect. There are many resturants, shops, cafes nearby. Our 2 bedrooms villa is very specious. It has mini kitchen which was useful for us. However, it was big surprise for us that the resort is not doing housing keeping for our Villa. Imagine that this Villa with this high price has no house keeping service ! Not only that, when we consume the shampoo & hand soap and ask for more, they give us very very limited quantity (1 hand soap and 1 shampoo for a family of 4 members !) Also, we had observed that the water in all the swimming pools was not clean. It has dirt and visibilty is zero even when you wear diving goggles. With this high price many alternatives are there with better services.

The worse experience of my life. If you take my words, please never book with them. The real room given to us was totally different then was was depicted on line while booking. They refused to provide daily room service against what was posted during booking. They just provided towels and blankets. We had to clean our room by ourself. When we asked about Manager, they responded he is busy and will get back to you. I would never book again in my life over there.

Convenient location, clean rooms, nice amenities. Unit wasn't ready until an hour after check-in, pool was cloudy and no towels in the late afternoon.

I paid for an ocean front condo with kitchen and was put in their Jamacain wing which is an old motel they must have purchased that is a block away. Complete dump, not associated with the resort. No ocean view, no kitchen, just a very low class motel room, that is clearly not part of the resort. Talked to staff, they dont care, hope you dont get scammed like I did. Shame on you Carribean..never again.
