“"Stayed at The Magnetica during a business visit to Surat. The hotel is brand new with spotless rooms and modern interiors. The location right opposite Sachin GIDC Gate No. 2 on the Airport Road is extremely convenient for corporate travel. Their 100% pure veg fine-dine restaurant serves delicious food with top-notch hygiene, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Fast Wi-Fi, polite staff, and prompt room service made the stay completely seamless. Highly recommended for business travelers and...

The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color...

“They demanded an additional 500 rupees immediately. I showed them my PAID receipt. We got hit up 3 more times with this, different amount each time. We didn’t pay it because.. business is supposed to be honest. The room locks all have the same combo. Black mold in the ceiling, broken outlets, a noisy, smoking mini split AC.. but it worked. One cockroach. Missing amenities like the tea kettle. Be careful of the neighborhood, desolation row. I’m not certain this place is fit for the president of a...
