The stuff very helpful but only broplem is the AC is not working as should!! only blowing hot air and i spoke to the stuff they moved me to another room. The room they moved me also the AC is not working and they told me all their AC is low watts need times to cool. To make the sory short been there for 7 hours only getting hot and hot so i finally open the windows. The stuff are awesome and hotel is clean but the only broplem is the Ac is not functioning they need improvement.

Terribly bad.

Hotel property was very bad. Service was terribly bad. I could not check in the reason was they did not receive the hotel confirmation from hotels.com, they said. After having long conversation, finally they allow me to check in. NO HOT WATER. THE LINEN WAS NOT CLEANED. Over all, the HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN. NEVER! NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL!!!
