AC ga dingin, masuk hotel jm 6.30 sore smp tgg jm 9.30 malam bt tukang servicenya perbaiki tp sama juga ga dingin2, disuruh tgg lg 1-2 jam karena AC nya br bisa adem klo uda 1-2Jam (mana ada yg blh AC ky gini klo baru adem 1-2jam) pelayanannya buruk banget, tidak ada perkataan maaf dari pihak hotel, dibantal ada serangga lagi..bener2 nih hotel berbintang tp kualitas kaya losmen aj..Kapok nginep di hotel ini..Booking 4kamar, hny 1 kamar aj yg normal..yg tiganya masalah semua...

The stay was satisfactory - nothing that you can really fault in, but nothing exemplary stood out too. The water pressure from the shower head was minimal, which made me worry how to shampoo my hair. Luckily, the pressure from the rainshower was more decent. Bed was comfy enough and the rest of the room clean enough. Nothing to fault. Breakfast variety was lesser than the other Santika Premiere hotel we stayed in Malang. Much room for improvement overall, I guess.

Very recommended to stay in the heart of Surabaya.

The location is just perfect in the heart of Surabaya business district. Surprisingly, my room got upgraded into higher class. All the staff are very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast menu is fine, you can have local/traditional food & western food as well. The internet connection is fast, both in room and in lobby.
