We had an amazing experience at MPM Kalina Garden! We actually moved here after staying at a 2-star hotel, and the difference was night and day. The receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully clean. The bar has a really great selection of drinks, and the bartenders made the trip even better—they were so fun that we ended up making friends with them. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was also an impressive selection of delicious pastries and desserts. It was genuinely difficult to decide what to try each day! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff constantly maintaining the facilities throughout the day. The animation team deserves special recognition. Mila, Mitko, and Emi were fantastic and brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the hotel. They organized a great range of fun and sports activities for both children and adults, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The light and fire show, as well as the Michael Jackson performance, were definite highlights of our stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived earlier and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly invited us to enjoy lunch free of charge while we waited. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, we had an amazing experience. This was our first trip to Bulgaria, and it exceeded all our expectations. The country is beautiful, the people are warm and friendly, and this hotel made our holiday truly memorable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already thinking of returning to Bulgaria every year. A well-deserved five stars!

Overall: satisfied👍

Location: very close to night life but no sleep disturbances. Room: large, no doubt. Even twin beds are wider than an average single. Food: clean with a wide range of dishes & deserts. Fully staffed dining hall constantly clearing any used item etc without a single evil eye. Entertainment: everyday except Monday. Some guests barely left the complex.

We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet. This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!

**Vier Sterne?

Pis kokulu otel

Mancarea repetitiva!

Kolejki w porach posiłkow do napojów.

Yemekleri de çeşitli be lezzetliydi.

A szobák nagyok, tiszták, kényelmesek kissé puritánok, de a célnak megfelnek. Az elhelyezkedése a hotelnak a lehető legjobb. Közel mindenhez, de mégis 1 utcányira a hömpölygő zajos tömegtől. A légkondi jól működött. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, takarítás megfelelő, soha semmihez sem nyúltak ami a szobában volt (laptop, fényképezőgép, pénztárca...). Az ellátás viszont so-so. Sorba állás, várakozás a liftre minden alkalommal. Sétálva gyorsabb a lépcsőházban.
